As a Social Media Project Manager you will consult with our clients to develop joint social media programs that meet their business objectives. It is a proactive and demanding role, requiring strategic planning, building engaging campaigns and the ability to deliver value-based messaging to facilitate client action. By being a part of our relatively young but fast growing company you will be able to make a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the client relationship through phone, web meetings, email and on-site travel
- Develop and share social media best practices to drive engagement and adoption of new mycleveragency services
- Consult with clients on social media strategies to promote and leverage customer interactions via the social web
- Provide partnership support, project management and tactical assistance for the execution of client marketing promotions
- Advocate internally for client needs within mycleveragency
Skills
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience in the social web
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Presentation and public speaking experience (executive level audience)
- Positive, quick learner and self-starter attitude with desire to exceed client expectations and ability to work extended hours when required
- Attention to detail, highly organized, with an absolute focus on quality of work
