At MCA we encourage our employees to let their hair down a little, read an interesting article or check out a cool viral video. By doing this our team is kept happy and up to speed on the newest social trends.

Our team treat finding the latest social innovation as a competition; constantly sending emails about cool new features they’ve found…even at 3am. This helps us to stay one step ahead of the curve.
