It was confirmed yesterday that Instagram launched web profiles for brands and individuals. The web profile that looks extremely similar to Facebook profiles features a selection of your recently shared photographs. At the top it features an animated, rotating mosaic of your photos which occupies about the same amount of space as Facebook Timeline’s cover photo. Below this there’s a small profile image, short bio & follower stats.
Photo thumbnails are organised in reverse-chronological order further down the page; click on one, and it’ll appear at full size alongside likes and comments. Not everyone has been given a profile just yet, Instagram plan to role it out across the next few days to all users. Below we’ve showcased the top 10 brands we’ve come across – surprisingly some of the biggest brand such as Coca Cola have yet to gain a new profile. Without further ado, here’s our top 10:
