We are please to announce that Curvy Kate have been named one of the top five fashion brands on Twitter alongside Next, New Era Mexico, Fossil and Brooks Brothers, according to a recent study by Social Bakers!
We have been working with Curvy Kate for the past four years and community management remains at the forefront of the strategy.
On average fashion brands received 146 questions across Q1 2014 by users, with a response rate of 16% and a response time of 777 minutes. Curvy Kate beat both of these statistics by a substantial amount with a response rate of 70% (beaten only by Next who came in at 70.81%) and a still impressive response time of 433 minutes.
