Business Development Manager

Role Title | Social Media Business Development Manager

Location | Manchester

Salary | Dependant upon experience

As a Social Media Business Development Manager you will be someone to provide the experience and drive to take the mycleveragency’s industry-leading proposition to market. You will sell the product to brands/clients and agencies alike. You’ll also get involved with running workshops for clients, appear as the product spokesperson at industry events throughout the UK and fulfil an important role as a member of the agency’s management team.

Responsibilities

Work closely with mycleveragency’s project and community managers to promote up to date services and monitoring

Liaise with existing and potential clients offering advice and solutions to their questions

Pitching, meeting prospects, closing new business

Help to manage and update agency’s official presences in social spaces – networking at events etc.

Skills

Must be highly literate in social media in general and interested in new trends and audience behaviours

Strong background in digital agency / social background

Sound understanding of full service social marketing

Strong sales focus – a track record of achievement

Well connected, with experience in similar role within an agency environment, although client-side experience also beneficial

Attention to detail, highly organized, with an absolute focus on quality of work
