We wake up every morning looking forward to speaking to our clients. We don’t think of you as a source of income, you’re a colleague, a friend – We want to hear what you did at the weekend because we have a genuine interest.
We love what we do, and we’re good at doing it! We realise that creativity can’t be nurtured by staring at a machine all day. At MCA we encourage our employees to let their hair down a little, read an interesting article or check out a cool viral video. By doing this our team is kept happy and up to speed on the newest social trends.
Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No it’s the social web! Our industry (just like the man of steel) moves faster than a speeding bullet, to keep up to date you can’t switch off at 5:01pm. Our team treat finding the latest social innovation as a competition; constantly sending emails about cool new features they’ve found…even at 3am. This helps us to stay one step ahead of the curve.
We’re not just a team here, we’re like family. We’ve got each others back, always teaching and learning from each other, we hug from time to time as well.
Just like Darwin, we believe in evolution. The social web moves at a blistering pace, it’s important that we are constantly evolving and adapting to changes and innovations within the social media. It’s survival of the fittest in the our industry, and you can bounce a penny off our butt!
As part of our ethos we value different opinions, backgrounds, skill levels and ideals. We treat everyone equally, basically we treat people as we’d like to be treated… I feel all Biblical now!
