We were briefed to build an engaging, mobile responsive web app within HomeAway’s existing website, and that the project required a rapid turnaround.
We knew people love planning holidays so the #BeHere15 site showcased 15 holiday destinations in a dynamic map, with wanderlust-inspiring facts for each location.
We included a competition mechanic, to encourage people to interact with the brand by selecting their favourite destination.
The competition received 133% of our KPI for entrants, and 92% of entrants said yes to email remarketing.
We reached over 2 million people - an incredible result, relative to the modest budget.
Social ads drove 20% of impressions and enjoyed average CPC and CPE rates at 75% of the industry average.
