10% increase in Twitter followers
Laura Ashley sought a campaign to celebrate the company’s 60th anniversary, involving their loyal fans and followers. The campaign needed to increase the engagement of existing fans and followers, as well as attract new ones.
We created an interactive app that invited users to tell the story of their most loved products. It gave customers from the brand’s entire history the chance to share their pictures and accompanying stories, filtered by decade along a timeline of the last 60 years. From this, we created a collage of memories surrounding past and present Laura Ashley products. Fans could “love” their favourites.
The number of users talking about Laura Ashley’s Facebook page peaked at 4.8% during the campaign – more than double the industry average. The Laura Ashley Twitter account gained nearly 10% more followers. The campaign reached 250,000 users overall, including 15,000 engaged users.
