We were tasked with producing a strong content strategy for Optical Express, which we then implemented across a Facebook and Twitter campaign.We were working to an ambitious CPL (cost-per-lead) level set by Optical Express, aiming to exceed a minimum number of leads-per-week with a set budget. No pressure!
We set about creating an entirely new advertising account with fresh targeting parameters and entirely original creative content. This meant we could design and post full advert-copy and artwork that suited the target audience, not to mention their interest types. We made the content fit the consumer, rather than the client. In order to manage the campaign closely, we performed multi-variant testing on all content, optimising the adverts hourly.
Spoke for themselves, really. With over 5,000 new valid leads per month, an increase of 80%, Optical Express's CPL was reduced by 32%. Fantastic.
