JoJo Maman Bébé
JoJo Maman Bébé is a leading boutique brand of mother- and infant-wear. Established in 1993 as a mail-order catalogue, they now have 54 brick-and-mortar sites and an online shop front. However, when we began our relationship with JoJo Maman Bébé, their brand wasn't cutting it across their social media channels. With a minimal following and inconsistent content being posted from both the official accounts and the personal account of (founder) Laura Tenison, what they needed was experienced and savvy support to increase awareness of their Facebook page and Twitter account, as well as help driving engagement.
With a number of tricks and tips up our sleeves, myclever began applying our experience to the JoJo Maman Bébé social media presence, linking their platforms together and unifying them with a singular, definitive voice. This allowed the brand to begin to target and engage their existing fans more consistently, while simultaneously reaching out to new fans.
